it starts, but can't reach login

the last thing appeared was this words:-

Windows could not start because of an error in the software. Please report this problem as : load needed DLLs for kernel. Please contact your support person to report this problem

I pressed enter and then it starts again to these same words.

Have you tried to start in safe mode? Tried to boot up from the CD drive?

Options

Hi,

This means DLL files are corrupted and needs a reinstall of windows. Boot your laptop up from a CD drive and run setup to install windows follow on screen instructions and finish setup. Remove the CD and restart your computer.
