Lost internet on GSM

My iPhone 4 suddenly stopped getting internet connection over GSM. Carrier says it´s not a problem on their side.

Any ideas ?

If not, it could be an issue with your iphone 4's antenna

Is it just your data signal? or is it also your cellular signal? Let me know..
