My phones volume buttons and Mute switch aren't working?

My iPhone 4's volume button and mute switch aren't working. They just stopped working just like that I'm not sure if it is because I dropped it or something but when I did drop it was completely fine just a few hours earlier they just stopped working please I need help because this is getting really annoying not being able to use the buttons

you will need to take it apart and check to see if the connector has popped loose. if so simply pop it in. You can follow the guide provided on the webpage. if you have not popped it loose then it will need replacing.
