After typing my password it takes 15 minutes to start.

Try disconnecting as much of the auxiliary stuff you have connected to your system (USB, Ethernet, etc…) Does it boot up faster? If not then you likely need to do some HD house cleaning. See if you can free up at least a 1/3 of the drive and then run disk diagnostics & defragmenter software checking your boot disk. Of course make sure you have a backup! Before doing this.
