I just received my nexus 5 a few days ago and I noticed no sound will come out of the built in speakers, headphones work though. I've tried a reboot, safe mode, checked all settings (no my device is not muted). Any suggestions??

My Nexus 5 also loses the sound very frequently listening to radio online or music or playing games. 2 to 3 times an hour I don’t have sound whatsoever. Even google now does not work I only see “initializing” and an empty microphone. However, everything goes back to normal when a reboot my phone. Hope its only a minor software issue
