Won't power up .. no fans or noise
Do all of them have LED's on the board? .. I can't see any

Look to the right of the RAM slots for the LEDs. If you see none, check the wall socket as even #1 usually lights even if the power supply is bad.

I have 120 voltage at the input of the power supply. Tried another power supply and same thing (yet, I'm not 100% sure it is a good one)
