Accidentally cleaned screen with Endust - isopropyl alcohol?

I used an Endust electronics wipe on my imac before I googled and read never to use anything with isopropyl alcohol.. I buffed it out with a microfiber cloth (it came out super streaky and that tipped me off) but has damage already been done? It was probably on the screen for 5 seconds. And, if so, is there anyway to reverse it? ::fingerscrossed::

Not that I know of… The new Macs have NO GLASS over the LED screens. You must be very careful not to put any liquid on that screen - if it runs it will enter the computer… liquid and electrons do not play well together.

You might prop the iMac so that the screen is horizontal and flat. You might then try using some OPTICAL (not eyeglass) quality cleaners and pads. Distilled water would be high on my list. The "wet" pad should only be damp. not dripping. Normally with optics you clean in a circular (not back-and-forth) motion, wiping (working) dust to the outside edge.

Good Luck
