Rainbow Colored Lines in Display

I am seeing all the fixes for this as taping the bottom right of the iPad, well that no longer works on this iPad.

I have opened up the ipad and checked the connections and they all are fine but still colored lines across the screen. Has anyone tried replacing the LCD on one of these?

I am looking to know if it is a bad LCD or something wrong with the logic board.

If you are seeing colored lines you definitely have a bad LCD, this is where I got mine:

Grabbed mine on ebay and yes it did fix it, was worried it would be a logic board issue but was not.
