30 Gig iPod Video. Have just some clicking noise from earphone and sometimes can hear music very faint. Reloaded software. Hooked up to TV with cables out the bottom and do get sound and picture.

This always happens with my ear plugs. First your going to need to know how to solder. What you do is take apart each earplug and you'll see the speaker.Remember to do this to both sides because most likely some wires are loose. If so just solder the wire to the speaker.
