What in the new MacBook Pro is upgradeable and is the storage (flash storage) also upgradeable

The RAM is not. With a yet another new "proprietary" drive, a 3rd party replacement will most likely be available at some point…(and OWC leads the way in this sort of thing) but nothing yet.'

My advice if you jump on one of these now go the factory upgrade route - don't plan on buying a basic model and upgrading it yourself.

Unfortunately Apple is making it harder for users to upgrade after-the-fact, so they can charge those insane prices for upgrades at the beginning. Those who care know that they'll be screwed otherwise if they don't upgrade that RAM when purchasing. I think it will come back to bite them in the end.
