My mac pro a1150 after use like 5 minutes appear diagonal squares all scree i can control it because i hard to see. also i notice the computer is hot.. some one can help me

Good luck if you have the Nvidia GeForce 8600GT... if you get the same issue on an external monitor then the GPU is probably failing. It can't be an inverter problem cause the screen has lightning so it's a video related issue.

I'd rule out software issues by doing a clean install. If the machine heats up as you say - monitor themperatures using something like iStat Pro. If the base revs of the fans is something around 1000, install fancontrol and rise the min threshhold to 2000. It's also a good idea to take the thing apart, give it a good clean and renew the thermal paste under the heatsink. I had a customer machine (MBP 2,16 C2D) behaving exactly like that and fixed it as mentioned (sans the reinstall).
