How to add HD on iMac
I want to buy the new iMac 27 with Intel Haswell with 1TB SSD But want now if it is possible to add another HDD with 4TB and then create a fusion drive 1TB SSD + 4TB HDD

I would suggest you switch to a MacPro which is designed with the sorts of customization you are contemplating.
You are basically thinking of buying a family car and then making a street rod or funny car out of it. You'd be better off starting with a sports/high performance car - there'd be more "standard" equipment you wouldn't have to add - if you can follow that analogy.

Which model are you looking at 21.5 or 27? It makes a difference.
