iPhone 5 not powering on, charging nose

I dropped my iPhone 5 in coffee, it came on, worked for about a week and then shut off, when I plugged it in it made a charging sound every five seconds, I replaced the mother board, LCD, and the charging dock station it's self, I then re assembled the phone, and it's doing the same thing, making the noise every 5 seconds, I then replaced the battery, and loud speaker and charger. Still no luck!! Please help!

Sounds like the power ic is faulty, u sure you replaced the motherboard? If so then try replacing dock connector as it may be the dock power/syncing management chip.

I replaced my iPhone 5 audio button cable, and I experienced similar issue.

iPhone won't power on. When I put it in charge mode, it makes noise every 5 seconds. Computer is able to recognize it. Is there a way to determine what went wrong?
