Why my MacBook Pro battary seems to be disconnected?

I have Macbook Pro 13 inch late 2011, when I plug the charger to my mac sometimes no color , sometimes become green and suddenly the color disappear , sometime orange and suddenly disappear, when i press battery status bar on the left shows the battery is empty

currently I can not start my mac at all.

I have doubt that the problem from MagSafe DC-In Board but still can not confirm.

please help me to troubleshoot

(note: I have tested the charger with other mac and i works perfect)

Actually Yes ,, I squeeze it accidentally

how did you fix it ?did u flexed it back to the original condition with you hands ??

I suspect damage to your battery. If the laptop has been squeezed in to a tight space, or had something stacked on it, or dropped you could have cracked the battery case. I had a MacBook Air with intermittent, occasional battery problems... not charging, not starting then suddenly working fine for a bit.

I had to open the machine and lift out the battery in order to discover the crack. The battery looked normal when observed in situ but as I lifted it, it flexed, so I spotted the cause of the trouble.

I thought back to when someone had placed something on top of my laptop case in an overhead airline bin... that's about when the problem started.
