Replacement Tape for Hard Drive Connector or Cables

The Mac mini uses black tape to hold in place heat sensor cables (2010 Mac mini) and the same type of tape is used in the 2011-2012 models to secure the SATA cable to the hard drive SATA connector and the hard drive plastic 'sleeve'. After one hard drive replacement, this tape loses it's stickiness. Does anyone know what type of tape it is, or where more of it can be purchased?
