blank screen after screen and lcd replacement

So i have replaced my ipod touch 4th gen 32GB screen as it had cracked and had lcd leakage, when i charge it it makes the beep noise to say its charging but the screen is blank and it is not white screen. I have tried the battery grounding, re-connecting all cables on digitizer and screen but still no help, is there anything that coould be done about this as nothing else in the ipod is missing or broken?

Options

The replacement display may be defective, but first try restoring. If that doesn't help, you're going to need to replace it again.

okay thankyou, well is there any specifcation on the screen, like is there a certain code for the ipod screen that i need to order?
