Why is my touchscreen unresponsive?

I have never dropped my iphone... I replace the battery three weeks ago and about 4 days ago the screen stop responding, how can I fix it?

yes I have, several times, but can't get pass the lock screen..... That's about everything I've tried

Alex, sounds like a broken digitizer circuit. Replace the Display assembly to fix this.
