Is the iPhone 4 and 4S ATT GSM LCD Touchscreen digitizer

i wanted to know if the AT&T GSM iphone 4, & 4S

complete front LCD Touchscreen and digitizer the same part? other than the outer BEZEL? are they interchangeable parts if i switch the bezel so the pronges match up?
