Wondering if anyone knows whether I can swap the top case from a Early 2011, with a Mid 2010 ? Keyboard has failed on 2010 and have a 2011 around for parts, but don't want to disassemble both without knowing the possibility of having it work.Thanks in advance.

You cannot swap these two cases. There is a mounting standoff that moved from the 2010 model to the 2011 model. It is the one closest to the LVDS connector.
