Does the iMac Intel 17" front bezel include a glass panel?

My iMac Intel 17" suffered a blow to the display area, which cracked a glass panel over the display. It still functions, but looks funky. Do I need to replace just the bezel, or the whole display assembly?

Options

The bezel does not have the cover glass mounted in it. The glass is part of the display assembly.

But! You maybe able to locate a cover glass off of eBay or even getting a local glass outfit to cut you a piece, then with care dissect the assembly and replace the glass alone.

Place some packing tape across the glass to hold it together before you start.
