Not turning on even with new fully charged battery or while plugged in to charger

Insert the OS installation disk in the CD drive and start up holding down the "C" key. On page 2 of the installation the pull down menu will come up at the top of the screen. Go to Utilities - Disk Utilities and see if it will see the hard drive. If so then try repairing it. If not then we need to look at replacing the hard drive. Let us know and we can advise you further.
