Will replacing MBP Uppercase tough?

Hi all, I recently purchased the keyboard uppercase and related screwdriver for my MBP 2011 unibody model.

But the uppercase comes without keyboard on it, So I have to disassemble the keyboard from my old case and put it on the new one.

I heard that swapping the keyboard will be tough and easy to get the keyboard backlight broken, is there any suggestions on how to safely swap the keyboard?

Did you get your upper case from here? The guide shows no keyboard replacement.. and its' 42 steps to just separate the top case from the rest of the machine.

The keyboard is attached to the topcase with 40+ super-tiny screws. It's a "not recommended" repair (Apple & iFixit sell top cases with keyboards included).
