info on my System & HD drive. Is it SATA 1 or 2 or 3?

Hello guys i have a question!!

I want pump up my MacBook A1226, I want replace the hard drive with a SSD drive.

Now I don't know if the logic board supports SATA 1, 2 or 3 (this last one is impossible I know) but if it's SATA 2 it would be very good!!

What architecture is my MacBook SATA 1 or 2 or 3? And which SSD do you recommended I buy?

Thanks Regards

L.M.A.

Gildo - GHz (GigaHertz) is a function of cycle rate not data throughput. SATA is measured in Gigabits per second (Gb/s) SATA I (1.5 Gb/s), SATA II (3.0 Gb/s) & SATA III (6.0 Gb/s).
