Replaced DC in board, MacBook will not power on now.

Before I began my repair, my MacBook Pro would shut on and off just fine with the power button, it just wouldn't charge the battery, there were damaged contacts l. The MagSafe board, I replaced it, and the green light comes back on, but the machine will not power up.

From what I saw on the ifixit tutorial I followed, I did not touch anything relating to the power button. What could have happened?

When you worked on the logic board you touched the connector that controls the power button (keyboard ribbon cable) check it is fully inserted, right side up, and cam locked in place.
