Autoclave, and acquiring one for use

I was using OCA - Optically Clear Adhesive during my repair of a cracked screen. The Adhesive leaves small air bubbles that apparently require an Autoclave to fix. My issue is trying to find an autoclave. Is there a profession /type of lab that might be open to me borrowing the use of their autoclave for 30 minutes?
