What is the name of this part (and where to buy it)?

I am going through the great iPhone 4S display assambly guide (reassembling it).

Unfortunately, I have misplaced the plastic bracket in step 28:

Does anyone know what it is actually called (so I can search for it) or where to buy it?

I have used one of the washers for the frame screws to replace this before with no issue.
