The lens of a Fujifilm Finepix A510 camera is jammed

When the camera is powered off the lens should close but stays in the out position.

When the camera is powered up the LCD screen says focus error.

I have the impression that the mechanic drive to the lens is jammed.

I did not find any teardown or repair guide for the finepix.

but i think that the lens is stuck or the drive is faulty

but without disassembling it's hard to tell
