Fixed water damage, but now no service or sound

I dropped my iPhone 4 in water which led to it rebooting at the Apple logo. I went to a phone repair shop that treated it for corrosion. That didn't work, but they ended up fixing it by replacing some transistors/resistors or something. Battery life seems to be perfectly fine, not draining fast or anything, and phone not heating up when charging.

However, when I inserted my SIM card, it wouldn't get any service. I turned off the automatic carrier setting and don't see anything, so I'm assuming it's the phone. I'll probably head back to the shop in a few days, but is this normally an easy fix?

EDIT: Found an informative post about this, and apparently it should be a simple fix (though there wasn't water damage in that case).

Sound from the audio jack, the volume buttons, and vibrate is also not working, but not as big of a deal. They mentioned there was a short circuit by the jack so I'm gonna audio from the jack isn't going to work. Didn't find anything about these issues, so if you have any input please say!
