No Signal After Screen Change

I have changed my screen on my 4S, done everything perfectly, looks awesome.

But i have a signal problem, get no signal at all on any networks, apart from Three becuase i have a Three signal booster in my home.

I get full bars on Three so there no problem with it being blocked or anything, just no signal on any other network, working sim cards.

The blue coil is not damaged, the metal prong on the battery clip is present.

I dont know if it worked before as i got this phone damaged with a broken screen so couldn't test it before i took it apart.

The WiFi has bery good signal, as does bluetooth.

Any ideas?

Options

Make sure the 4 metal tabs of the speaker assembly are down behind midframe plate correctly. Make sure the antenna screw hole (right side) on the speaker assembly is present. Make sure this right lower screw is solidly in place. Make sure the antenna wire connector is down perfectly in place on the logic board.

All of the above are in place, just also discovered that when it's charging the battery terminal connector gets very hot, almost untouchable. Although it remains to charge, it gets hot and when it's not chrging it goes flat in about 30 mins.

Must be a short somewhere, what am i looking for?
