Retry Connection Error Message Pops up after Software Update

I recently Updated my Software on Samsung Galaxy Tab2 GT P3100.

I am not able to Access any of the Apps except Whatsapp. Rest all shows Retry Connection.

I think it is Cz of Software Update.

Please Suggest some Ideas.
