streaks / ghosting / lines on iPhone 4S screen

On my iPhone 4S screen I get 'streaks' on the screen, more obvious when there is white text on a dark background. It's always horizontal not vertical. It is very faint but distracting sometimes. Any ideas?

looks like a cheap replacement screen, faulty, ask for a new one
