Upgrading the logic board in Late 2010 MacBook Air?

I have a Late 2010 Air with the 256 SSD drive and 2.13 Core2. Will the Logic board from the Mid 2012 be a direct replacement? Is there anything else I would need to upgrade or worry about?

There are many changes between years... the magsafe connector is different, the "Mid-2011" models use Intel HD Graphics 3000 compared to NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics in the 2010 models- I think the I/O board cables are not the same length.

I would want a guarantee from the vendor that the logic boards swap so that you do not get stuck with return/restock charges if they don't.
