G3hot or testing point locations for logic board?

Hello my MacBook Pro 2011 13" had a something spilled on it. After removing the logic board I cleaned it using isopropyl alcohol 91%, soft toothbrush and Ayoue 9070 ultrasonic cleaner.

Does anybody know where the G3hot is on this logic board or points where I can test the power circuit?

When the system is powered on only the hard drive spins no fan power no beep code when the ram is removed. Magsafe green then red, Charging battery?

SMC bypass gets fan on high speed and black screen. No chime.
