How to get stripped screws out?

so i was fixing my screen since i cracked i wanted to replace it. But i ran into something the screws that hold the screen are all striped only two are not. Is there a way to pop off the screen without unscrewing the screws on the side. if not could you tell me the best ways to get my stripped screws out. Please help me and thank you.

It really depends on how stripped the screws are. If they still have some of their former shape, then you coud try using a larger version of the driver the screw needs.
