Wifi not working. Off under wifi settings.

I have an iPhone 4 CDMA version that I replaced the screen on and now it doesn't get wifi, the option is grayed out in the settings section...I replaced the wifi antenna with no luck and also put the Logic board in another housing unit...any ideas what this could be?

FYI the Bluetooth still works and the WiFi Address does show up in the settings.
