iPod suddenly powered off, cant reset ir or itunes restore.

Hello. My ipod was working fine just a while ago. I was listening to music and then i paused it, then webt to have dinner. After i came back, i found that my ipod was shut off, and that it didnt respond to anything, to soft reset, to itunes, to anything.
