external screen works, internal LCD shows white only

I am too having the same issue...

I already changed the screen cable,yet,It is still not working...

I failed to enter safe mode,that did not work, and I cannot use the other option since I do not have the original pen that came with the computer :(

Options

Depending on your OS you might be able to do a command-R boot which will boot from a repair partition and allow you to access diagnostic and repair tools.
