Dual HDD Install, replace thermal cable?

When replacing the optical drive for a 2nd HDD, the guide doesn't indicate where/how to replace the thermal cable that was removed from the optical drive. Where the the correct location for the thermal cable?

I would recommend placing the thermal sensor in a relative similar location as it was on the optical drive. See image

This will be able to give the correct readings for the fan to operate as it should. Using foam tape would be best, but if you don't have any normal insulation tape will do.

Make sure you connect the other end of the cable to the location you disconnected it from on the logic board. See Image

I hop this helps, if you need any more help just ask.
