all of a sudden i was texting someone and my phone just froze on me. And then i looked up that to take out the battery you need to unscrew the bottom screws. My iphone 4 screw at the bottom will not come out and now i can't take out the screw do you recon you can try help me?!?!?!?

Do a hard reset hold the power and home button together at the same time til you c the apple logo
