MacBook Pro 15" stuck on white screen Apple logo + Weird pattern/color

My macbook wont boot up anymore and it is stuck on the white screen. it has this weird pattern color (the apple logo looks greenish) on the white screen.

I did my research and tried several things;

-restart SMC

-restart PRAM

-Run Disk Utility (CMD + R) whenever i run the Disk Utility, the screen pattern dissapear, the grey screen looks normal I dont have those weird colors anymore. I tried to verfy my disk but it found some errors

-Safe boot (SHIFT)

-Verbose Mode (SHIFT + CMD + V)

-Fsck (CMD + S): I typed: fsck -fy in the command-line prompt a couple of times but not luck

-Reinstall Lion in Disk Utility: I can not reinstall Lion OS because it doesnt allow me to select my hard drive

I have problems with my battery allready, it heats up really fast and blocked my trackpad, I cannot click anymore.

Did my battery damaged my HD or motherboard?

Is there somebody who knows what I can do?

I followed verbose mode and restarted its working fine now, thank you for the first aid

Given the problem I doubt this fixed it. It might have identified a bad driver loading. But even that I think is wishful thinking here. I would just try a Safe Boot to see if the problem was still present. If not then I would suspect a driver issue.

Often with odd display patterns the LCD got damaged. To verify put in an external monitor and if that is also showing a problem the graphics services is having a problem on the main logic board.

It could be that the integrated graphics is not working properly and is starting to fail. Make sure the laptop is not too hot or over heating.
