tablet won't turn on

Hi I'm currently trying to troubleshoot a samsung gt p5113TS galaxy tab.

Picture 1: the samsung galaxy tab 10.1

Picture 2:the multimeter reads .005 volts for the Blue wire to ground on the Lithium Ion Battery Connector.

Picture 3: The multimeter reads 3.74 Volts from red wire1 to ground

Picture 4: The multimeter reads 3.739 Volts from red wire2 to ground

Picture 5: shows the back connectors of the samsung tablet

Picture 6: SHOWS THE POWER BUTTON RIBBON CABLE. I SUSPECT THAT SINCE I HAVE POWER TO THIS DEVICE, THAT THE POWER SWITCH IS NOT FUNCTIONING.

OR IT MIGHT BE THE MONITOR CABLE. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME INPUT?

My next step i plan to take is to replace the power button ribbon cable. can anyone tell me where to order this? I tried to test for continuity between the ribbon cable and the logic board of the power strip, but to no avail, i need the pinout.
