Why my iPhone do not charged while its on? computer don't recognize.

I have an iPhone 4, its works but it's not charged when turned on, the iPhone is charged 100% only when it is off.

When I connect to the computer it has a sound connection but the computer does not recognize it and the ITunes does not recognize it.

And when it is off there is no sign that it charging.

It happened just when the car charger broke and the wires touched in places they should not have to touch (as long as the charger was charging my IPhone while connected to the car).

Try replacing Charging Port with attached flex, mic etc
