Top Microphone, Mute Switch and Volume Buttons broken

I dropped my iPhone 4 and since then the volume buttons, mute buttons and top microphone (used for videos and loudspeaker) aren't working. I tried taking the phone apart to see if anything had been disconnected etc, but there were no visible problems. The phone is 3 years old and out of warranty, so could somebody advise me on which replacement parts I need to buy to repair the phone? I am perfectly comfortable repairing it myself. Thank you.
