i changed the display from my iphone5 and after this i havent touch.
I installed on my mac the apple software „Iphone Config progam“
on this console are read this text
<Notice>: MultitouchHID: device killed
what ist the problem, the new Display or another hardware?

From what you have explained, the most probable thing that happened was that you did not connect the digitizer(touch portion) correctly.
If you are sure you connected it correctly then there is a chance it slightly disconnected when you were putting everything back together.
Get back to me when you make sure it was all connected correctly!
