Not registered on network.

So I have a Samsung Galaxy S III i9300 that won't make any calls.

Every time that I try to make a call it just show a promt that says "Not registered on network".

I've tried to restore the phone via KIES, i've even used ODIN to restore it to a custom rom but I still get the same results.

Does anyone of you know what the problem is?
