Error G-65 on my LG Lotus (LX600)

After porting from Sprint to Ting (who also uses the Sprint network) I can no longer send or receive picture mail.

I get this... ERROR G-65 There was an error trying to register your phone. (256).

Tech support for Ting and Sprint couldn't resolve it after numerous troubleshooting attempts including a factory reset. Any idea how I can get this to work?
