Why does my MacBook Air not start with fully loaded batteries?

The MacBook Air (original), did stop in the middle of internet surfing. I did restart the MacBook Air (original) with pressing the power button holding down for several seconds. The MacBook Air (original) did never restart and boot again.

I tried to restart with the original system DVD and some hot keys. This did look like it worked but then boot process crashed. No restart whether with DVD or any hot key did work.

Try reseting the pmu and pram. Turn the computer off, then hold the power button for ten seconds and the computer should make a tone and the sleep light should flash on and off rapidly indicating that the pmu was reset. Then you can reset the pram by pressing "command"+"option"+"p"+"r" simutaniously after turning the computer on. If none of these work, then you may have a bad logic board or PRAM battery (if this computer has one).

my 2009 macbook air comes on with white page and the grey apple. The desktop never opens. The computer recirculates and does this over and over never fully opening with the desktop.
