Hard Drive to replace my optical drive

Hi

I am looking for a hard drive by using Unibody Laptop Dual Drive. I wonder what hard drive I can choose. Is there anything larger than 1 TB? How do I know if it fit?

You will need a 2.5" SATA hard drive with a maximum height of 9.5mm. The majority of laptop sized hard drives will fit these specs but do check the 9.5mm height before ordering.

There ARE laptop sized hard drives that are greater than 1TB in capacity but I haven't seen any that 9.5mm or less in height. They are typically 15mm, which will not physically fit inside your laptop.

Hope that helps!
