BLACK SCREEN, no funtion of camera

my original iphonecamera app suddenly now opens black, but the other apps, like panoramio, and pano camera, and camera + work fine. I tried removing all photos from the camera since the available memory was low, but that didn't help.

any ideas of a software issue? iOS 6.1.3

Options

The best thing you could do would be backing all your DATA up and restoring your phone with iTunes, as your problem is obviously a software problem.
