Need steps to replace back cover and LCD on an HP Elitebook 8460P

Hi All, I need to change back cover and LCD. Has any body done it and if you could you please kindly provide the steps. Changing LCD is no issue, but got stuck on Back cover, as it seems the will have to disassemble the whole laptop.

I used one of the video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WH2QtP8Z...

missed couple step on screws but you can get the basic idea when he takes it off.
